Bewilderment is the true comprehension. Not to know where you are going is the true knowledge. In this way Abraham went forth from his father, not knowing where he was going. That is the way of the cross. You cannot find it in yourself, so you must let me lead you as though you were a blind man.

The Victorian Trades Hall Council, as part of the ACTU���s national strategy, is calling for all Victorian workers to join a National Community Day of Protest on TUESDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2005.

‘It is clear that these new laws will hit working families hard. But these laws will hurt young, part-time and casual workers the hardest. This is not the Australia that any of us want. We don���t want a future where our kids are exploited at work.

Decent wages, protection from unfair dismissal, penalty rates, meal breaks, annual leave, long service leave… the list goes on and on.
