Brand New Christian Music Being Recorded this Saturday!

Hi Guys and Gals! - Hope you are having an AWESOME week!
Just wanting to let you know that on Saturday night (28th June) the UCA will be doing a LIVE RECORDING of the music that will be used at the National Christian Youth Convention in January 2009 (ncyc.org.au). I have heard a selection of the music being recorded on Saturday and it sounds very cool indeed!
On the night we will not only be recording a CD but also a DVD! So if you have ever wanted to make a CD/DVD then this is your chance! Come on down to Glen Waverley Uniting Church, cnr Bogong Ave and Kingsway, Glen Waverley (Mel Ref 71 C3). You can come and learn the songs, meet some of the writers and have a ball from 2pm, $5 dinner is at 6pm and at 7pm the recording button is hit and we will be on our way to creating one of the best CD/DVDs going around!

I was out there today helping set up and let me tell you how mindbogglingly great it’s going to be. Awesome is the right word to use- even if it is thrown around waaaay too much. It is really going to be one of the greatest nights you’ll have this year.

It does look great! - Good stage setup plus I am doing the VJ work on the walls tonight - it is all shaping up to be good fun. Oh and the band apparently is good
When do we get to see a little of the final effects on more praxis?
Well I was busy making some of the pretties on the walls so someone with a camera and a flckr account could put some into the morepraxis pool.Then it would pop up on the photo bar here at morepraxis.
