Praxis07 - The shape

Hi guys I thought I would pop up a draft program and start name dropping on the elective leaders . Will post bios and blurbs for electives soon (when people send me one or I will write one and google a choice photo ) As you can see we have space to chat, play, pray with each other about changing us and the world

Friday
Families may like to arrive earlier to settle in and we’ll have a simple BBQ dinner.
7pm Arrive reg etc
8pm Gathering & Welcome
9pm Toasted Stories:

• Campfire 1 two stories from participants (maybe you?)
• Campfire 2 two stories from participants (or you here?)
• Campfire 3 two stories from participants (what about here?)

10pm CafePraxis w/muso

Saturday
9am Gathering & Small Groups - Keynote (Web Cast)

10:30am Break
11am Electives A

1. A theology of Radical Discipleship - Al Macrea (big brain/heart 4 theology and action- & next UCA President)
2. Prayer and action - Joan Wright-Howie (Spiritual Director, likes to pray)
3. Just Worship - Jason Mann (muso/social worker, enjoys taking long walks on the beach )
4. My Homeless Friends ( unsigned as yet)
5. Reflections on the Lake (Kids of all Ages) - Mike Emmett (creative, uninterested in meaningless spirituality, a dad, chief praxis monkey)

12:30pm Lunch & Downtime
(Optional 2×2 Basketball Comp, walk, paddle, widegames, arvo sleep, nana nap)

4pm Electives B

3. Discipleship & Justice (a friend from the Justice mob UCA - unsigned)
4. Local Mission Alanee Hearnshaw (kombies, food, coffee, breakfast, skateparks,schools.. join the dots)
5. Art for the Soul (Kids of all Ages)- Adrian (Age) Greenwood (curly hair, likes to make stuff)

6pm Dinner ( Kids Campfire & Short Address)
