Come together to ‘Kickoff’ the year as we creatively develop skills and knowledge in leadership and ministry with young people. In an innovative and unique way this weekend will engage, enthuse and empower you to make a difference with the young people you connect with. The use of modern technology, multiple spaces, panels, fishbowls, rants, creative response space and of course coffee* means this weekend will be like no other training event in 2012.

Input from many UCA leaders, who have wisdom galore to share, will journey with you for the weekend. This means your network of contacts to call upon when you hit a roadblock will grow just from being part of this event! Input topics include the Developmental Assets, Cross Cultural Ministry, social media, engaging community and many more. And of course we want to hear your creative and innovative ideas so come ready to share!

After a day of creative thinking and coffee, Saturday night will be the official UCAYouth Kickoff event: a chance to invite your friends, let your hair down, relax and celebrate some of the great things happening across VicTas. If you need to continue the fun into the early hours or travelled a long way billeted accommodation is available.
